Your guest list,
filled in by your guests.
Your guests reply on the page you already sent them — coming or not, who they are bringing, what they want to hear. You get one list, and a seating plan that comes out of it.
- ✦No app for guests
- ✦Plus-ones and song requests
- ✦CSV and PDF exports
Ninety replies, each arriving somewhere different — and not one of them in a list.
Two ways to count heads.
- Replies in messages, in email, and one on a postcard.
- Asking again whether Lena is bringing someone.
- A seating plan drawn on paper the week before.
- Counting the list by hand for the caterer.
- Every reply in one list, however it came in.
- Plus-ones, song requests and notes on the entry itself.
- Guests dragged onto tables — or seated for you, then adjusted.
- A CSV for the caterer and a printed sheet for the day.
Ready in an evening.

Turn replies on
Your page gets a reply form: name, coming or not, who they are bringing — and a song request, if you want one.
- 02
Guests answer themselves
They reply on the page you already sent. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for, and nothing for you to type in.
- 03
Sort, seat, export
Filter by going, regrets, plus-ones or songs. Put guests on tables yourself or let it fill the empty seats, then take it out as a CSV or a PDF.
They answer on the page you sent.
Before you ask.
Can one guest reply for the whole family?
Yes. A single reply carries the people they are bringing, and each of them can have their own note or tag.
Do I have to seat everyone by hand?
Only if you want to. Drag guests onto tables yourself, or let it fill the empty seats and then move the ones it got wrong.
Can I get the list back out?
A CSV for the caterer, a guest-list PDF, and a day-of sheet for whoever is running the day.

Real couples, real feedback.
Here's what couples have to say about planning their day with bridecard.
Honestly so much easier than I expected. We sent the link round and the replies just came in on their own — I didn't have to chase anyone.
It looked really lovely, and it actually felt like us. A few guests messaged just to say how nice it was.
The gift list made everything so much easier. Everyone just picked something and that was that — no awkward questions.
We're not very techy, but we got the whole thing set up in one evening with no trouble at all.
Having all the guest photos in one place afterwards was the best part. We saw so many moments we'd missed on the day.

Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to common questions about managing your guest list.
You can add guests, track who's coming, note plus-ones, and add custom tags to keep things organised. All your RSVP responses come in automatically, so you always have an up-to-date headcount.
Yes. When guests RSVP they enter how many people they're bringing — there's no need for every individual to submit a separate response.
Seating plans aren't supported yet, but tags are a great way to group guests in the meantime. We're working on adding more planning tools.
Yes. You can export the full list — names, RSVP status, guest counts, and notes — to Excel or PDF. Handy for sharing with your caterer or venue.
Guests share their name, how many people they're bringing, and any notes they'd like to add. Simple and quick for them, useful for you.
